We are thrilled to announce several updates aimed at making our website more user-friendly. Here are the recent changes:
Chat Feature: We are testing a new "Chat" feature through the end of May 2025. To start a chat, simply select the "Ask A Librarian" tab on the right-hand side of the Pratt Library homepage. This feature will be available during normal business hours.
Streamlined Forms: We have reduced the number of forms on our website from six to two, making it easier for you to find what you need.
Contact A Librarian: Pratt Library offers research help, mediated literature searching, classes, EndNote and Covidence support, and general consultations. Use this form to request assistance, and a Pratt librarian will contact you to assist with your inquiry.
Request an Article, Book, or Chapter: Through Pratt Library's InterLibrary Loan service, we can request articles, book chapters, and physical books for CCHMC employees. Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to request full eBooks. Before submitting this form, please search for your article to see if CCHMC or UC has access to your item.
In addition to these updates, we have several upcoming workshops available on PubMed, EndNote, Google Scholar, and Covidence. Information is available on our website, and registration is through Workday!
