Collaborating 
  • A colleague sent me a library but when I save it and then open it the library is empty.

    This is likely because you are not using the same version of EndNote. This is a known problem, especially for libraries created using EN X9.3.1 and EndNote 20.


    The solution is that one of you who has to old version will need to update to the latest version, in the case Endnote 20. Once this is complete you should be able to open the library and see all of the references.
