Interlibrary loan requests and Emails
We will make every effort to respond within 24 hours when possible but may need more time depending on volume of requests. We will send an automatic response letting the requester their request has been received.

Book orders are on hold.
They will resume when staff is cleared to return to campus.

Literature searches
Our standard turn-around time will now be 3 weeks. If a quicker turn-around time is requested, there is the possibility of a fee-based option we can discuss with you.
